I am an avid traveler and have personally experienced some amazing places. I specialize in Caribbean All Inclusives. I love resort life myself, particularly Sandals and Beaches resorts. I attribute my successes to my exceptional customer service skills. I simply know the high level of service that I expect as a consumer and strive to plan the perfect trips for my clients. Additionally, I honestly like helping and meeting new people. I’m always up for a challenge and look forward to new and exciting things.

My husband and I have spent the last 15 years traveling the Caribbean. During one of our trips we were talking to a guest at the resort pool. We shared some tips and information we have learned through our travels, she asked me why I am not a travel agent. I wish I could speak to her now because that question really sparked something in me. I love to travel, I love to plan, I love to hunt for the best deal, I have high standards for customer service and the hospitality industry. Why aren’t I a travel agent? This is my passion and until she asked I didn’t even realize it. My work began that day! I spent a few years working with a host agency until I had gained enough experience to open Shore Thing Luxury Vacations. Hello!  My Name is Crystal and I love to travel to the Caribbean!  Seven years ago, someone suggested that my husband & I visit Jamaica for our Honeymoon. My question was “Where do we stay”? We both had been to many resorts, and we wanted an exceptional Honeymoon experience. A friend suggested Sandals Resorts, and that experience changed our lives!

I enjoy the sounds, smell & beauty of the tropical paradise the Caribbean offers. I find peace, serenity, adventures and the opportunity to recharge from my stressful life. For the past 20 years, my career choice was nursing… however I found another passion as well.

Recently, while on vacation, I began a conversation with a kind woman poolside. I shared my knowledge, love & passion for the Sandals brand as I had with so many others while on or off vacation. I expressed my desire to share my knowledge & experiences for a living… & shared my dream of working in a customer service setting for Luxury Vacations. Her response was “why don’t you”?

The message I received from her was to Dream…Plan.. & Do…so I did! She convinced me that my love & passion for traveling to the Caribbean & the Sandals Resorts had the ability to influence others. I realized my found joy was to assist in providing the same experiences for couples, friends & families. It’s no secret most people live very busy lives & have excuses not to relax or spend quality time with loved ones, family or friends. I felt I could make a difference.
